We are a group of veterans who have grown into C-suite roles across geographies, functions and industries, and are hugely passionate about veteran success. We have individually been guiding veterans in their transition as well as in subsequent career growth pivots, for years. We decided to come together to scale things, turn it into a bigger mission, and to be the engine that creates more successful veteran leaders in the corporate domain.

We also are privileged to have onboard multiple senior corporate leaders from across functions, as our Allies, who are not veterans but are as committed as we are, to veteran success.

On one hand, while we enable veteran success, we are equally cognizant of the value we bring to employers, to help set up scalable veteran hiring programs, fine tune existing ones and enable quick hiring of perfect fit veteran talent for diverse roles.

We do this through a diligent shortlisting and screening by domain SMEs who are also veterans, and understand both sides equally well.
